Basic Firearm Safety Rules
1.) Always assume that all firearms are loaded. Always!
2.) Never place your finger on the trigger until your sights are aligned and you are ready to shoot. Make sure you gun is pointed in a safe direction at all times.
3.) Check the chamber and make sure the firearm is unloaded. Do not trust anyone.
4.) When loading the firearm make sure that the proper ammunition is being used, this can also be fatal.
5.) Make sure that your target and backstop are safe to shoot at.
6.) Store the weapon in a safe location.
7.) Use common sense.
8.) The more training and education you obtain, the better.
